Quarterly Board Meeting – Open to All Sheep Creekers

We will have an open board meeting on Tuesday, March 24th, at 5:30 PM Mountain Time. The meeting will focus on our budget and on-going community water needs. We hope you’ll be able to attend.
 
Proposed Agenda

Main Purpose of This Meeting:

We will review and discuss the needs and recommendations submitted by the Water Team to the board.

As part of this discussion, we’ll look at how these items fit into the overall budget, including recent project costs, restoring the reserve fund, and general increases in expenses.

The board will also take an official vote regarding potential increases to dues and/or water fees.

Our goal is to work through these priorities together and make thoughtful budget decisions that best support our community.
